Terms and Conditions (TnC)
1. The program package ("Trip") will be determined by AlamLiar ("Organizer").
2. Each Participant is in a healthy and prime condition. Health Certificate from a doctor will be required for certain condition.
3. Each Participant does not have a history of illness that is dangerous to him or her or others.
4. For Registration, please fill in the registration form and make an initial payment (DP) 50% of total Trip cost per participant. For DP maximum one working day after submit the registration form.
5. DP that has been deposited cannot be withdrawn but can be replaced with someone else. However for cancellation due to quota not being met, DP will be fully refunded.
6. Registration process will be closed ten days before the departure date (H-10).
7. After making an initial payment, participants must confirm immediately to the Organizer and submit via this website (Contact menu), or email, or whatsapp the proof of payment, copy of ID card (KTP) and Mobile phone number of each participant as part of registration process.
8. For remaining unpaid payments (50% of Trip cost) must be paid within seven days before the departure date (max H-7). Participants must make a confirmation to the Organizer if the payment has been successfully made by submitting the proof of payment via this website (Contact menu), or email, or whatsapp.
9. in terms of payment, participants must inform us through email or whatsapp if the account name is not the same as the participant's name.
10. Each Participant is considered fixed and get a seat to join the Trip after all the Trip cost has been fully paid to the Organizer's designated bank account number.
11. For all payment process, Participants must make a payment transfer to designated bank account number of Organizer.
12. The Organizer has the right to cancel the Trip with certain considerations, and the participant's DP money will be fully refunded.
13. Participants understand and accept that each Trip provided has been explained clearly and transparently. Participants state that they have conducted a personal review and evaluation of the benefits and risks of using the Trip.
14. Participants agree to provide data in accordance with the applicable privacy policy, and agree to the use of personal data for service purposes.
15. Participants who have booked and participated in the Trip are deemed to understand , agree and bound by these terms and conditions (TnC) mentioned, and can not make excessive demands.
